It is a good idea to try to get some phone numbers of people that will be heading out to meet you so you can call if you are going to be late or can't find them.

Also, if you are planning on going out to meet someone who posted on the list, it is a good idea to let them know you plan on coming, that way they know to look for you, and call you if for some reason the plans change.
